Professionalism: Milan Dubravcic founded Pallets Direct in 2017. He has 20 years’ experience in the pallet industry with additional experience in wood related industries. He is a manufacturing engineer and holds an MBA from UCLA. Milan has a wide range of practical knowledge of both big and small business operations having worked both in fortune 500 companies as well as in small business environments. His experience includes operations, relationship management, and engineering.
He has experience with hundreds of manufacturing and packing environments from which he can apply pallet solutions to your specific application.
Multiple manufacturers… Pallets Direct is a pallet aggregator. As such, we work with a network of partner yards across the southeast. As a result, we are not limited to one source of pallets in one geographic location. Our network gives us the advantage of offering a variety of pallet solutions to our customers. Customers can consider multiple options before selecting the best pallet program for them.

Account management… Our customers receive a personal Pallets Direct account manager. Your Pallets Direct account manager serves as your “one-touch” liaison in all interactions with Pallets Direct: before, during, and after the sale. Your account manager is a seasoned professional who will actively manage your relationship by personally taking your orders, planning for future needs and managing all post-sale administrative concerns.
Your Pallets Direct account manager will work to learn your overall industry needs and your company’s specific ordering habits. From there, they will pro-actively coordinate with your logistics personnel to ensure timely deliveries. Should an issue ever arise, your personal account manager will quickly and pro-actively inform you of changes to the plan. Your account manager will also handle all post-sale services like invoicing, payment and reporting needs.
